alright at the back

mailiing list presentation

I went to a presentation at work about mailing lists, and I just had to do a quick sketch while sat at the back. I had my blue Cachet watercolour sketchbook with me (which I’ve never really used, but am now using to draw fire hydrants in). Now I know some new things. One is that this rougher watercolour paper is a bugger on your pens.

Yes. On rough paper rollerballs are a much better option than microns or Pitt pens. They are waterproof rollerballs available such as the Uni Vision series.

yes, i use the uniball vision micro when sketching on this paper normally and they’re great…but even that one is giving up the ghost on me! It’s not like my watercolour moleskine, that’s not super smooth but it’s way less rough than this. This it’s fun to use this paper too, nice effect.
