In December 2011 I was lucky enough to have a solo show at the Pence Gallery in Davis. The show was quite a success, and lots of people came by to see my drawings of Davis (and many bought some too; thank you!!). For this show I wanted a series of drawings which looked like they could all be part of a single sketchbook, showing everyday scenes in Davis, capturing the feel and colour of the city.
